When will my order arrive?

We typically ship within 24 to 48 hours. Ground delivery usually takes 5 business days, except for Southern California deliveries which usually takes 1 business day. Express shipping is available, weekends are NOT included. UPS does NOT ship to a PO Box.

Are your products safe to take with my current medications?

Yes, our products are safe bioflavonoids that may be taken with medications. Please consult your physician.

Are your products safe?

All of the ingredients in Mirac and GlyRite have been extensively tested for toxicity in doses several times higher than we recommend. There have been no instances of toxicity and no harmful side effects. Individuals allergic to pineapple should not take Mirac or GlyRite. Reaction may include red itchy eyes, irritated throat and swelling of the throat in people who are allergic to pineapple. Also, avoid taking Mirac if you have an active gastric or duodenal ulcer. Possible Side Effects: some people have occasionally reported nausea, diarrhea, or skin rash. Individuals allergic to peanuts should not take Glyrite. Consult your physician for any special concerns.

What is "pharmaceutical grade?"

Not all products are created equal. We use pharmaceutical grade ingredients to achieve therapeutic results. There are basically three different grades of raw materials used in products:

• Pharmaceutical Grade - meets pharmaceutical standards

• Food Grade - meets standards set for human consumption

• Feed Grade - meets standards set for animal consumption

The difference between each grade type is one of quality and purity. In technical terms, no substance is 100% pure, for there are always other substances added to various products. The difference between the grades is one of how much of these other substances are present in the product. There are several criteria by which pharmaceutical grade are judged. The product must be in excess of 99% purity with no binders, fillers, excipients, dyes, or unknown substances.

Can Mirac and GlyRite be taken by children?

Although our products are vitamins we do not recommend they be taken by children under the age of 12 unless directed by a doctor.

Where are your products made?

Our products are manufactured by Vitatech International, a pharmaceutical laboratory licensed by the FDA since 1954. Vitatech also maintains the Good Manufacturing Practices “GMP” required by the FDA.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with Mirac or GlyRite, simply return the unused portion for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Return must accompany receipt. We do not refund shipping charges.
